Responsibilities:

Position: Construction Manager (PPS-10)

Responsibilities:

  • Construction Management: Oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  • Communication: Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Procurement and Operations: Knowledge of business processes and shared services functions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with PPRA Rules, Building Codes, and land acquisition laws.

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc in Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent. Equivalent to Lt Col or above for Armed Forces Officers.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management or related architectural fields.
  • Strong understanding of construction regulations and compliance standards.

Position: Accounts and Administration Officer (PPS-08)

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Handle audit, accounts, and procurement matters.
  • Administration: Manage office tasks, filing, inventory, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Graduation or equivalent with computer skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
