Objective: The selected consultancy firm will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy to increase awareness and engagement for PRSWSSP across 16 Tehsils. The goal is to promote the project’s impact, engage stakeholders, educate local communities, and foster a sense of community ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a communication strategy tailored to the project’s objectives.
- Initiate awareness campaigns through various mass communication and media channels.
- Provide training to local counterparts to support future initiatives in municipal services.
- Create a visibility roadmap for 16 Tehsils to enhance project outreach and impact.
Eligibility Criteria: Interested consultancy firms or joint ventures should demonstrate:
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of three contracts in similar assignments related to project marketing, communications, and PR.
- Corporate Capacity: Provide historical profiles, registration details, audit reports, and management structures.
- Staff Capability: Showcase qualified and skilled staff or a pool of experts capable of fulfilling the project scope.

- Interested parties are advised to review the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations and Policy on Conflicts of Interest while participating in the procurement process.
