- Procurement Expertise: The selected candidate will be responsible for procurement of goods, works, and consulting services at the national level. This includes managing the procurement process, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and familiarity with public-private sector procurement guidelines and anti-corruption policies.
- Experience: The candidate must have at least ten (10) years of documented verification experience in procurement, engineering economics/finance, social sciences, project management, and supply chain management.
- Education: A Master’s degree in business or a related field (minimum of sixteen years of education) is required. A degree in procurement management is a plus.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in using various IT tools for procurement management is essential.
- Experience of successfully completing international procurement projects.
- Familiarity with purchasing policies and regulations at the national and international levels.
- Knowledge of anti-corruption policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
