Project Details
The KP-RIISP project aims to improve high priority District and Tehsil level offices, identify connected infrastructure and roads, and enhance other important roads in the merged districts.
The scope of advisory services includes detailed architectural and structural design, preparation of bid documents, procurement support, construction supervision, and technical assistance and training. The duration of the assignment is 36 months, starting from January 2024.
Qualification Criteria: Consulting firms interested in this opportunity should meet the following criteria:
- Experience: The firm should have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in detailed engineering design and construction supervision, focusing on similar complexity projects, especially office buildings and road infrastructure.
- Track Record: The firm must demonstrate a successful track record by completing at least ten (10) similar assignments (including buildings and road infrastructure projects) in the last ten (10) years. Details about project involvement, design, construction supervision, procurement, and other relevant aspects should be provided.
- Logistics Capacity: Firms should specify their logistics capacity, including the number of owned vehicles, survey equipment, IT equipment, and software. Preference will be given to firms with advanced equipment and technology.
Submission Requirements: Interested consultants should submit the following documents to demonstrate their qualifications:
- Firm Registration Documents
- Joint Venture Agreement/Letter of Intent (if applicable)
- Firm Brochure
- Copies of Completion Certificates/Contracts to prove experience and project requirements
- Supporting Documents for Logistical and Administrative Capability
Selection Process: Consultants will be selected using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) procedure, as specified in the procurement regulations. In the case of joint ventures, all partners are jointly and severally liable for the entire contract. Associations should preferably limit the total number of firms to a maximum of three.
