Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s vision, mission, and goals as defined by the Board of Directors.
- Formulate and implement short-term and long-term operational policies and strategic plans in alignment with the organization’s vision.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the company’s financial stability in collaboration with the CFO.
- Oversee company finances, budgeting, cash management, internal audit, and reporting to the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on payroll, benefits distribution, and other HR-related matters.
- Ensure quality control across departments and establish goals in partnership with division managers.
- Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, filing necessary documents, and ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.
- Represent the company at important functions, industry events, and public meetings; establish alliances when necessary.
- Evaluate the performance of other executives within the company.
- Maintain a high social impact and uphold corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Optimize the utilization of food processing/grading machinery in AFP.
- Develop and enforce rules, regulations, operating procedures, and ethical guidelines for the company’s activities.
- Manage day-to-day operations and administration, ensuring compliance with SECP rules and regulations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Board of Directors or specified in the company’s articles of association.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 18 years of education in food sciences (food technology, food and nutrition, etc.) or equivalent from an HEC recognized University. A degree in Business Administration will be an additional benefit.
- At least 15 years of demonstrated experience, with a minimum of 10 years at the senior management level, including Chief Executive or similar roles in public sector companies.
Additional Requirements:
- Maximum age limit: 57 years.
- The appointment contract will be for a period of three (03) years, terminable with one month’s notice from either party.
