Assistant Manager Finance Job at Audit Oversight Board AOB
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations and budgets effectively.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational objectives.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the management team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy from a recognized professional accounting body or an MBA recognized by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in the finance field.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Compensation and Benefits: The selected candidate will be offered a competitive compensation package commensurate with qualifications and experience. The position is on a three-year contract basis, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and organizational needs.
